2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order shoes.
- Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original state.

3. Return Process
To return your shoes:

2. Securely package the shoes, including any original materials, such as the box and packing slip.
3. Ship the shoes back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original pair for a refund, as we cannot guarantee availability of the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive shoes that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. Sale or Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance may only be eligible for a store credit or exchange, depending on the specific promotion.
